Location
It is located on Traounou beach, one of the most popular and clean beaches in Rhodes. The property lies at a distance of 1.5 km from the center of the lively village of Afandou in Faliraki, where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the shopping center. It also has easy access to the main highway “Rhodou-Lindou” that connects the Lindos area of the island with the downtown area of the Rhodes city, which you can reach in just 20 minutes by using the road. The scenic town of Rhodes is 12 km away from the villa, while Diagoras International Airport lies at a distance of 15 km. Free private parking is provided on site.
The space
The building is surrounded by an excellent private garden, providing a relaxing and natural environment. There is also a newly built pool on the front yard. The villa is a standalone house with two floors. The ground floor has a modern fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room, with an amazing view to the large private garden and pool (50sq.m). The ground floor also has a large dining area and table, one bedroom, a bathroom and a storage room.
The second floor includes a master bedroom with wonderful sea view terrace, as well as an en suite bathroom equipped with a luxury Jacuzzi hot tub. The second studio bedroom has three single beds, a sofa-bed, as well as a playroom for kids, which is ideal for families. The last bedroom contains a sofa-bed and small office space, ideal for work.
